24th Oct, 710pm thereabout. I encountered the rudest cashier I ever experienced on God's green earth.

I was behind this lady and a 20+ years old male cashier decided to open a new queue and signalled me to go over. So I did. He took the items, scanned them and asked whether I needed a plastic bag. My friend behind me said no then I signalled him then I have one and I needed to check. So I dropped my backpack and hurriedly searched for a plastic bag. Almost before I found one he tapped the screen and asked me, "Pay, pay, pay," I chose 'Cash option' and finally got my bag, all these while kneeling down. Thereafter, I took out my wallet and drew a few 1000 yen with a few coins (total was 4,975). This cashier rudely pulled the 5000 yen from my hands which I didn't intend to use and forced me to slot into the cash machine.

My friend and I was totally stunned. I took my items and my change while he kept saying "dozo" to chase us away. This would be my last visit...

ここのセブンは巴大橋を渡る前に寄らせてもらっている。観光客も多い地域であり、インバウンドで外国人観光客も多い。前から感じていたが、我慢ならないので言わせてもらう。朝からのシフトでもいるノーメイク鼻マスクの年配女性店員は、日頃から、こちらから挨拶しても、品出ししてると挨拶もない。今日、ペットボトルのコーヒー、パンを購入したが無愛想に「袋いるんですか〜」のイライラ気味の態度。袋詰めの際、その店員が自分の足元にペットボトルコーヒーを落とし転がした。「あっ」のみ。ペットボトルを拭きもせず、すみませんも無く、そのまま袋にさっと入れ渡してきた。はっ？と思い呆気に取られていると睨まれた。私は何もいってないが… ここの経営者はどの様な教育してるのか？最低限の接客マナーもできないのか？ 私は「カスハラ」などしてませんよ。この店員は朝は無愛想で忙しいといつもこんな態度である。若いスタッフ...
