Not giving 5 stars easily. I am not a Japan expert, but I simply loved the whole experience. The food was good, the staff was helpful, accommodating, friendly and eager. I had a few questions about Matsumaezuke, and two of the staff took their time too explain. Sashimi was nice and fresh. Sanshu okonomi don was nicely presented. And the steak was the best I had in Japan so far on this trip. The price was what I would expect for this sort...

It's still delicious conveyor belt sushi. I used it for the first time in a few years, but like other stores, I was very disappointed with the introduction of the ordering method using the touch panel. I felt that the variety of sushi ingredients...

2024.8.11 雅家ベイエリア店　来店 この時間帯に勤務していた年配女性店員、何様？ 函館山ロープウェイの帰り20:30過ぎ、ホテルから近かったこちらのお店で夕食をとりました。 活イカ刺身3,000円とあったので折角だから注文しようとしたところ、年配の女性店員がバカにするような口調で「この時間に活イカが食べられる店が何処にありますか？あるなら私が注文したいです。あったら教えてください。」だそうです。 何様？ こちらは旅行で他県から来てるので何も知りませんし。 バカにしたような言い方、失礼にも程がある。 サービス業向いてないから辞めた方が良いですよ。 函館到着してから初めての食事、一気に嫌な気分になりました。 星を付ける価値すら無いけれど、1でも付けないと投稿出来ないので仕方ない。 このお店では無く、道路反対側にある「北斗房」さんは入り口横にあった水槽にイカがたくさん泳いでいたので、そちらに行けば良かったと後悔しました。
