WOODSIDE dining — Local services in Hakone

The meal I had here was absolutely phenomenal.

I don't typically like fish, but the marinated salmon and trout marble with wasabi cream from the buffet was fantastic. I'm glad I paid extra for the soshu steak because it was amazing as well. Even if some things weren't as good as others (for example, for me the butternut squash soup was a bit too lemony) nothing that I tried was bad.

Granted I believe the items may change each time but I can't imagine having a bad meal here.

Still wish I could get the umeboshi butter...
