u-kimura — Local services in Kofu

U-kimura is an amazing store for those an interest in healthy living. It’s a wonderfully curated shop full of organic, additive-free, local, and sustainable goodies. I’ve found lentils and chickpeas here that are nearly impossible to track down elsewhere. They also have a lot of vegan products (nutritional yeast!), I found kefir here and locally made kombucha. They have a baked goods area that includes gluten free breads and pumpernickel bread, which I can’t live without.
