Go-to store in Nagoya! Only been here 2 times since we're from the Philippines but we scored good deals on both times. The SA who assisted us was very nice, gave us drinks, paper bags for our stuff (since she saw we had so many bags from shopping at different shops), recommended good deals, and even gave us a box for the Chanel bag I got since it wasn't originally included.

For reference, we were able to score a Chanel Mini Gabrielle for JPY 315,000 and a Hermes Jypsier 28 for JPY 540,000. The shop has many good deals and the SAs are so friendly. Will definitely go back the next time...

We didn’t buy this initially as this is not the bag I was looking for but we came back for it and Wang remembered us and served us very well and offered us drinks when she was going through the tax refund process. I was a little hesitant to look around as I had gone to another store and almost everything was behind glass. This store allowed me to wander without feeling any pressure and Wang Ying was helpful, spoke enough English to make it easier and was overall just very welcoming and helpful! Great experience...

We didn’t buy this initially as this is not the bag I was looking for but we came back for it and Wang remembered us and served us very well and offered us drinks when she was going through the tax refund process.
