ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband and I got our custom boots 8y ago in Boot Solutions Hirafu. Since then, my ski experience changed completely, it was such a game changer. However, I recently started feeling by day 3-4 of my trips that the boots were were not as responsive as in the 1st/2nd day, so I came back 2 days ago to the new store in Niseko-Yo, and Tobin was absolutely great, very honest and precise. He suggested a minor fine tuning in my boots and again I had that snuggle and full responsive feeling from my beloved boots! Had a wonderful experience in Boot Solutions Niseko Village! I had a issue with my boots since long time ago hurting my interior ancle, went to many places in many countries and nobody could fix it. Juan and James where very professional and friendly since the minute I walk in. They took the problem as it's was their own, and solve it! It hurts no more, they fit perfect, even better than before besides the pain. I highly recommend Juan and James of Boot Solutions Niseko. Such a wonderful experience!!!! I have mixed feeling about this shop. The staff really know their boots. The establishment is professional and well set up. That said I've never been more poorly fitted with a pair of ski boots in my life. I have large feet (US13) and I cant help feel they had limited stock in my size and forced my feet to fit a boot (Atomic Hawk) that was clearly wrong for my shape of foot. The amount pain I've experienced with these boots is insane. I've treated and moulded them with heat etc but its a pointless exercise.
