The hot pot was very tasty though typically Niseko overpriced. Service was odd - more of what you would expect from an inexpensive, all you can eat hot pot place. We had to ask for basic items like bowls, a serving spoon and dipping sauces. Plus, ordering is done through an app which is odd for what is an expensive and seemingly higher end restaurant. Most annoying is the food elevator which brings the food up from the floor below. It is constantly barking out commands like “close the door” in Japanese. We were at the table farthest from the elevator and it was still annoying. Truly delicious Sichuan cuisine. And very good at catering to vegetarians!
I enjoyed the egg fried rice, fried cabbage with chilli, bok choi and morning glory.
They even offered to make something specially for me! It was an amazing sichuan broth with green vegetables, noodles and fried egg....
