A nice and comfy restaurant. Services were excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Do note the dinner menu has more variety of food than lunch menu and there is 1 exclusive niseko item only for dinner.
For lunch we ordered 2 meals, tonkotsu ramen and aburi salmon rice. The Ramen taste decent and you will find it has a different taste than ippudo in singapore. Broth taste subtle and light. Charsiu and pork belly are soft. Aburi salmon rice taste surprisingly delicious, did not expect it to be that good but the size a little bit small.
For dinner, we had a niseko specialty quaill egg. Its served with cold quaill egg, nori and butter, the ingridients served separately, the way to eat it by putting the quail egg and butter to the nori. Taste just fine, the butter too salty for my taste, do note to taste the butter first before mix the food.
