I went on a Wednesday evening ~8-10pm. Pretty busy considering it was a weeknight. There were easily 50-60 men at any given time, with a constant flow of people coming/going. Only about 10 unoccupied lockers, so I can imagine on the weekends it would be even harder to get in and uncomfortably crowded, unless you're into that. You enter on the men's side, but there's one female attendant who oversees both men's/women's changing rooms simultaneously, which I thought was a little unusual.
Inside was relatively small and dated but was clean and still had a lot of different areas (pools, wet/dry saunas, open air space) to rotate through. Lots of slippery narrow stairs in case anyone needs to know that beforehand.
Seems like anything goes (didn't see any employees once I left the changing area) but people were mostly limiting it to hand/mouth play. Average age was ~30s but a wide range from 20s-60s. Vast majority was Japanese, with a few Asian tourists (Chinese, Korean, Filipino, etc) and one white man who was getting some play as well.
I'll give this place 4 stars because it was overall a good experience and pretty cheap (520 yen), but it's absolutely no frills (BYO towel, toiletries, etc). Like someone else mentioned, you even have to insert some coins to operate the hair dryer. There's a small fridge filled with non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Even after purchasing one drink, I was super thirsty (I normally try to stay very hydrated at onsens), so I couldn't stay longer than 2 hours even if I...
Read moreI entered the spa slowly from the entrance not knowing what to expect. Found an older gentlemen sitting around the corner quietly. I sent my greetings then he tapped his finger on the counter, I was confused and he tapped again on a piece of paper written with the price 💡 I paid and proceed to look into the bathhouse for locker and expecting a key from him. Suddenly he started yelling. I looked down on the floor and soon realized I have came into a no shoe area, which I'm obviously expected to know the interesting looking drawers with wooden board inserted outside are shoes lockers. Regardless, I started apologizing and stepped out slowly to take my shoes off as he kept yelling. When I return, he took away the wooden board(key) from my hand as he yelled to get out then he tapped his finger again and asked for money. I expected he was just joking, thinking Japanese would never do such an act. (Right?) At the end, I was kicked out without my money back.
Guess I'll consider the money as lesson fees and hope this helps others who are also not prepped for the process of experiencing a historic...
Read more⚠️ it is not your regular man onsen.
Went there twice during my visit, one on weekdays and one on weekend, gonna say the crowd are quite similiar around 5-6pm, a lot of cute good looking guys, age range 20-60, body type also have a wide variety. Place are not big but got sauna, steam room and open air area.
Most activities are either using mouth or hands, Witness some pretty hot scene, always manage to have some fun with the guys in there. Best experience for me so far, manage to have a three person session on the steam room first floor.
530 yen for entrance + towel, bring your own soap or shampoo.
Would love to go back and stay longer till night time to see what will...
