My wife and I booked through their website and received an email confirmation in English with the proposed services. We have been searching for a scalpcare treatment after viewing some Youtube videos.

The spa/salon location was accurate on the 7th floor, and upon entering you're transported to a quiet, peaceful haven with the kindest therapists.

We were ushered into a room to prefill paperwork out in English and any add-ons we might want to add. Communication wasn't an issue using a bit of Google Translate and the menu was in English.

Afterwards, both of us went into separate rooms to change and lie down. Shirt off under the blanket. Saki who helped with my treatment explained what each step was as it was applied to my scalp and was very kind in our interactions. Cleansing oil, upper shoulder and neck massage, shampoo, treatment, and scalp massage were all performed with adequate pressure and strength. Tea was served again at the end before we left.

Let's be clear: I loved my professional, I loved my treatment and I loved my results. But I will not be coming back. Why? Because foreigners and Japanese have a different price in this salon. Like literally. There are some treatment parts like scalp check which are free for Japanese but not free for foreigners. I see it as a crystal clear descrimination and treating foreigners like the second class like they do in China. My professional talked to her manager and I got the normal price BUT my whole relaxation was completely gone when I discovered WHY the bill proposed was higher than the bill noted in email. It made me sad and destroyed my experience completely. If Japan wants to get more of IT professionals visa, they NEED to destroy mistreatment of foreigners no matter for how long they come. And this salon needs to change...

I initially found this place because I’d heard of head spas getting popular in the States. I took a chance because it was raining and I had some time to kill. Little did I know it would become one of my favorite experiences during my stay in Osaka!

Karen took amazing care of me, identifying all the tension around my head and neck, then applying a wonderful, relaxing technique to help me work it all out. Throughout the entire session, I felt like the stress I’d been building up for years was being released.

I had a lot of fun speaking with Karen through the translator. It was easy to communicate and she even recommended some ways to take better care of myself at home. She really cares about her clients.

If I ever come back to Osaka, this will be one of the destinations on my short list....
