I think their food got decent quality and standard, nothing I can comment about. What I discover is their best and most impressive service is birthday cake party praise. It all started on a lovely Friday night out with my wife. We were having a to birthday celebration that day, since we fly all the way to Japan so we would like to make it special, so we make a note on the online reservation. On that day there were 5 parties having birthday celebration service. We were so exciting about it since this is kind out expectation. Therefore we check up with staff is there any special celebration service for us that evening. It turn out that you need to order a cake ahead of time first, but when we ask where to make such order on their website, none of staff can provide a decent answer for us. But I still like to make my wife have a good time since it’s a high rate restaurant I am hoping they can provide me other opinion. After few conversation with different staff, we will able to get a simple deco plate with slice of cake. This is where I feel the staff is starting avoid our table and afraid us. when the our birthday plate came, there were other table having a birthday praise celebration, but not for us !! At that moment I felt this restaurant’s hospitality Is sallow and empty. I am welling to pay extra for the praise service since it’s just singing and cheering, not a silly cake with go away be-quit attitude your manger gave to me, because of this our night was ruined. ワンフロア全てがXEX WESTでバー、鮨、イタリアンと３店舗の集合体です。先月リオープニングパーティーが開催され新たなスタートを切られています㊗️

今回はその中のイタリアン、Salvatore Cuomo...

長年、数え切れない程、来店していました。 ランチはそれなりに最高だと思います。 唐揚げが致命的に美味しくないです。

ディナーに関してはサルヴァトーレの方は以前は美味しかったのですが。 暫くすると味に差が出てきてしまい。 それなりに美味しい時とそうでない時の差が激しく理由を訊ねるとシェフが引き抜かれたと言われました。 始めの方は美味しかったのにすっかり変わってしまいました。 それ以来、サルヴァトーレは利用していません。 和食の方は美味しいままです。一時期食べれた物ではなかった事もありましたが現在は問題ありません。江戸前寿司の板前さんが在籍されてた際は江戸前寿司が美味しかったです。 現在は移動でいらっしゃらなくなりました。

フロアマネージャーのKさんはご対応が最高で５つ星ですが…。 星が1つなのは管轄の方がお客の選り好みをする事です。 以前、注意してほしい点を伝えた所。それが原因なのか毛嫌いされ、予約時にその方が電話に出た際に「その日はご予約がいっぱいです」と言われ。 後日、どうしても予約を入れたく連絡した際にがら空きだった事が発覚。 この時点で飲食業、接客業には向いていない。 お客を好き嫌いで選ぶなど言語道断です。 私はこの方は上に立つ人物にしては不向きだと感じます。 イベントの際は自分が一番はしゃぐ始末。 品無しで見苦しい事この上ありません。

何か問題が起こると言い訳をし下の部下に責任を擦り付け謝らせた上に自分は謝罪せず奥へ逃げます。 こんな人物を地域管轄の担当にするとは会長の方は見る目が無いのだと残念で仕方ありません。 引き抜きで人が消えるのはこの方の人柄が残念だから起きるのでは？と。 実業家などがお店を利用するから素晴らしい人材を好条件で引き抜くというのが全ての理由ではないのでは。

素晴らしいお仕事をする従業員は上司をよく見ているものです。 尊敬も出来ない方が上に立つと良いお話があればそちらに移るのも至極当然の事。 コロナの時期だからこそ、飲食店に相応しくない人物は店舗から排除するべきです。 素晴らしい接客をする方が辞めたり引き抜かれて消えていくのを数え切れない程見ました。 お店全体の接客の質は落ち、お客の質も落ちていて、今ではお店へ足を運ぶ気にもなりません。 私は長年会員でしたが会員も辞めました。

アイディアマンでらっしゃるそうなので企画営業の部署でも創ってそちらでアイディアを出して頂きたいものです。 上に立っているという事は目上の方に気に入られるタチなのでしょう。 なら、海外進出するのに営業をご担当されるのがオススメです。
