I was not expecting to find such a wonderful Thai restaurant nestled among the many restaurants of Cocoon City, but am I glad that I stumbled upon this gem.
To start, the place is quite lovely on the inside. A really nice, comfy atmosphere making it a great getaway from the bustle of the mall complex. The interior lighting and tableware also make it an ideal place for a date. A shout out to the staff for their excellent service and friendliness.
From the Holiday Set menu, I ordered the Lunch Set which came with a salad, steamed chicken, Thai shrimp toast, and the main dish, in my case, green curry. When it comes to Thai food in Japan, I try to temper my expectations, so I was not expecting to find such bold and deep flavors. I have to gush about the sweet and spicy Thai chili sauce. It was sweet, as expected, but it also had such a delectable layer of spiciness that went well with whatever you paired it with. If I could buy the sauce from them, I would in a heartbeat. The Thai shrimp toast was just as impressive. Each bite was packed with flavor, it had the perfect texture and it went so well with the chili sauce. The texture of the steamed chicken was nice, and while it did not shine as brightly in the flavor department as the shrimp toast, it was the perfect excuse to make use of that amazing chili sauce. The appetizers alone had surpassed my expectations, but they really went the extra mile with the green curry. It has been a while since I have had green curry with such rich and deep flavors. Even the level of spiciness is one not easily found in Japan. Every spoonful was an absolute delight and the Thai rice that was served was cooked to perfection, the absolute perfect accompaniment to the green curry.

Read moreI tried their lunch course, and it was a refreshing, well-balanced meal that highlighted fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors. The course started with fresh spring rolls, neatly wrapped with shrimp, vegetables, and herbs. They were light, and the dipping sauce with crushed peanuts added a nice savory depth. The next dish was a colorful papaya salad, full of crunch and freshness. The combination of shredded vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro gave it a tangy, slightly spicy, and refreshing kick. For the main, the spicy noodle dish stood out. The noodles had a chewy texture, well-coated with a slightly spicy and tangy sauce, balanced by fresh lime and herbs. The cherry tomatoes and vegetables brightened the dish, making it both flavorful and satisfying without being heavy. The course ended with a mango dessert, creamy with a natural sweetness that felt just right after the bold flavors of the meal. Alongside, I enjoyed a Vietnamese coffee that was rich and smooth, rounding off the lunch with a...

You can order a lunch set (1,500) which includes an entree, main, and a small selection of deserts or you can just pay the price of the dish.
First you pay, then you will receive a buzzer for when your food is ready. Would definitely recommend if you’re...
