Ownership has changed from Rabbit Street to Specialized but the staff basically remains the same. I have only had two good experiences with different staff and those were both a long time ago- once when I first bought my bike 8 years ago and another when I needed some maintenance on my rear derailleur cable. Besides that, I have had noting but bad/uncomfortable experiences, including with the entire current staff (on different occasions). Once, I took my young daughter there to look for a bike for her. We saw one and we proceeded to see if it was a good fit. I told her to sit on it and the female sales person (still working there) responded in a not-so-polite tone by telling her not to sit on it because she might fall over. Needless to say we didn't buy the bike and left. My Japanese wife then confirmed what I had suspected about the female sales person and her tone. Very rude!!! Other times when I went there to get some work done on my bike I would tell them the problem and they would automatically tell me that's probably not the problem. This has happened SEVERAL TIMES. Here's just one example- I kept complaining that my bottom bracket was making a creaking sound when I peddled to which they always replied that it probably wasn't the problem WITHOUT EVEN checking it out first! Once after looking at my bike, they told me that it was dirt in my seat post bracket causing the creaking. Other times, they said they could not find any problem. Finally one day on my way to work the entire bottom bracket cracked making peddling impossible and I had to get the whole thing replaced. The list of bad customer service goes on and on! The only reason I kept going back was because I had a member's card with Rabbit Street and got a small discount. Now that I don't get a discount, I doubt I will be returning there for ANYTHING in the future. My advice, if care about good, friendly service, DON'T GO...
Read moreVery disappointed of the after sales service, I am an S-Works owner and i went there some times already but they don't consider the customer requests as a priority, twice they pretended to be busy but there was no customers in the shop, i strongly do not recommend that shop especially if you need to fix something quickly or if you need any help in an unforeseen case, they have plenty of brand new parts to sale but when you need to change a simple screw you will have to wait 2 weeks to get it because they do not have any stocks even for the basic needs. However the shop looks great like a theater and the staff is really polite but definitely not Helpful and Flexible therefore not Professional. They really have to reconsider their guest service. I suggest the other shop from the same brand located downtown in Tennoji, they are much more flexible and...
Read moreThis is the Specialized Store with the worst service attitude I have ever visited when traveling to Japan. I bought 4 pairs of sworks torch for my friends in this store A male store clerk told me that it cannot be resold. I told him that the shoes are buy for my friend Then he repeated my words with a very sinister anticipation. Disgusting, I have never been insulted like this in any other store
I will definitely not come to this store a second time. Maybe other Specialized Store locations in Osaka are not that good, but the services of other stores are better than Specialized esaka. Shopping in this store is a stain on my life Whenever I recall my memories of traveling in Japan, this store always makes...
