The man and woman who owned this small, vintage, Kimono store were incredibly kind and helpful. I used what little, broken Japanese I know and Google Translate, while the owner used a translation app on his phone as well. Definitely bring the translator. The shop is so small that only about 3 people can enter at a time. They spent time maliciously helping everyone in our group find something that they loved! Their prices vary greatly, so no matter your price range you can find something you like. Yes, you can easily spend a lot of money, but if you tell them a practical price they were happy to help find something beautiful in that bracket.
