Our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights and we would definitely come back again. The space is just as advertised; spacious (would sleep up to 16 comfortably) and has everything you need - large TVs with Netflix, washer+dryer that's easy to use, AC+heater, hairdryers and even amenities. Most places in Japan are tiny, however there was sufficient space in this lovely house. Did not manage to grab photos of the 3rd floor rooms (all with 2 queen beds each), showers (with tub+waterjet+TV) and kitchen area (well equipped). It is also conveniently located a mere 3 minutes away from the Hatsudai train station, a 7E and a drugstore chain. There are plenty of restaurants around as well, including some French and Italian ones we would love to visit someday. Check-in process was seamless and our host Tsukasa was also very quick to respond and accommodated everything we needed. Would recommend Hatsudai Hotel to anyone who's looking for a comfortable place to stay at.

This place was brand new, modern, and accommodated 11 of us. We all felt that we had enough private space while also allowing ample community areas. The separation of the toilets from the bathing areas was good for a crowd our size. Masashi the host responded to my inquiries immediately and was extremely polite and helpful. The area was perfect. Lots of restaurants within 2 minute walk, some of which could accommodate a group of 11 which was amazing. Shinjuku station was just one stop away. Simply amazing. Recently visited this place with 10 other relatives to stay for a 5 night stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Both the host and co-host are very responsive whenever we have things to ask. The location of the house is very near to convenience store, groceries, restaurants and the hatsudai train station. Pictures shown on the listing did not disappoint us as it reflects clearly how great the place is! We would definitely recommend this listing to our family and friends as we had a great time...
