I spent $1,600 CAD at this location last week on sweatpants, and an additional $500 CAD at Chrome Hearts Shinjuku. Despite being a loyal and high-spending customer, I was treated with complete disrespect by the security guard at this location. When I raised my concern, the white gentleman working there dismissed my experience entirely, showing no regard for the way I was treated.

This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a luxury brand like Chrome Hearts. I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, not dismissed after such a negative...

Got some glasses here. Very good customer service that provided recommendations and help. The other boutiques didn’t offer advice or assistance unless you asked them. The one in Ginza was ok but this one is way way better. I also like the store layout it’s more spacious and...
