HOTEL GLANZ CASCATA — Hotel in Tokyo

The only thing good about this hotel are the bathroom amenities and a big shower. Take all the amenities and the slippers because they replenish it everyday. Get your money 's worth. Other than that, the room reeked of cigarettes. When i booked the description said it was a non smoking hotel but as soon as you walk into the entrance you can smell stale cigarettes. The only other guests i saw were those who were booking rooms for a few hours. None of the staff spoke any English except when they tried to rip me off with the tax charge. I said i wasn't going to pay and everyday they would wait for me as i got out of the elevator, like they were watching us leave our room. They kept changing the tax rate from Y400 to Y200 to Y400 to Y200. I knew they were trying to fool me. In the end i paid the Y200 because i got sick of hearing them. The hotel also advertises room service and in the room there is a room service menu. Yet when we went downstairs to request room service they made a cross with their arms and said no room service, lol. It was very disappointing. The bed felt like i was sleeping on concrete! Our flight arrived early morning and we got to the hotel at 9am. They wouldn't allow us to check in earlier than 2pm unless we paid extra. And when i say 2pm, i mean 2pm on the dot, not even three minutes earlier! They were ridiculous. I paid over $2000 for 5 nights and they wouldn't allow us to check in a bit early even though we were exhausted from the flight over there. Every day i had to remind them that we wanted our breakfast. We told them 9am and everyday it was late and we had to go downstairs to remind them. There's no air-conditioning in the room. Luckily we cold open the window because it was like a cigarette smelling sauna in there. There were satchet's of tea but no coffee, even though they told me there was coffee. The fridge only fits two bottles of water in there. You have to remind them to clean your room everyday otherwise they wont do it. There's a cafe next door which is good. It opens from 11am to 10pm. The 7/11 a few doors up is great also. Down the road and across the road is a Chinese restaurant. Overall, i would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. There are other hotels closer...

六本木駅から徒歩10分位でしょうか。 どちらかと言えば住宅街ぽい辺りに何軒かラブホがあり、 こちらは六本木ヒルズからの通りに面していて判り易いです。

見た目はラブホぽくないのですが、 完璧にラブホです。 フロントはラブホぽくないですが。
