I love the import food store in the 1st floor. It's got a great selection of sauces, spices, noodles, and pretty much anything you are looking for from Southeast Asia, as well as baking stuff and sweets from Europe and North America. I especially love their selection of Vietnamese, Thai, and Indonesian ingredients. Unlike Kaldi Coffee, they basically have all the spices you need to prepare a meal. And the prices are very reasonable. Today I bought 5kg of Barilla penne for 1000 yen! My only complaint is they didn't have a bag big enough to put it in.
My other go-to shop is Maruzen bookstore. It's got a good English section as well as great stationery, pens, ink, and bags. There is always a huge lineup at this store, but they always have enough staff to keep it moving quickly, so don't get discouraged.
Finally, I like to go back to the ground floor bakery for a rare cinnamon roll (or whatever else looks good) and a coffee or iced tea (Earl Grey iced tea! Classy!) for dinner energy before I go home. It's really delicious.
