I was very satisfied with the food and experience. I got the bread and drink bar plus a cheesy pasta. All of the mini breads were fluffy and tasty, especially the freshly baked ones. The cheesy pasta hit the spot after not having much good pasta since coming from America. One of the cooks/servers, Daito, was also a great guy! I will come back and bring my friends!

4〜5回訪れていますが全く好ましくありません。 子供が行きたいというので仕方なく行ってますが、できれば違うところがいい。

・ホールスタッフが少ない 調理場に人が多くいますが、ホールに人がほぼいないので、席が空いててもなかなか通されません。混雑時は最悪で、ホールスタッフの力不足でしょうが、席はあるのに回転が悪いです。 ・トングの扱い トングは共用ですが、小さい子がトングの先を素手で掴んで置き場に戻す状況です。基本的にはパンはセルフなのですが、せめて各テーブルにトング置きと新規のトングが欲しい。衛生面で気になります。 ・スタッフ教育 会計レジにただ立ってても誰も来ません。呼びベルか大声で呼びましょう。 LINE登録→スタンプカードでパン3個セットがもらえますが、今日のレジの子(20代男性)に何パンですか？と聞いたら「たぶんレーズンパン、たぶんくるみパン」のような受け答えなので、せめて覚えてくれたらいいですね。彼は「パン係じゃないのでわかりません」とは言ってましたが、客には関係ないことです。今日入った新人バイトかな？いつ行っても同じようなスタッフばかりなので教育お願いしたいです。
