Negishi Kichijoji Ekimae — Restaurant in Tokyo

One of my staples in Kichijoji, a place I go to eat every now and then, Negishi is for the meat lover. Suitable for either lunch or dinner and while at times it can be crowded (especially around lunch time), the wait times never gets out of hand. My go to here is the Blucky set meal, fatty american beef. It sets you back about ¥1,600 and includes oxtail and green onions soup, a bowl of tororo, pickles and a healthy size bowl of rice. I will be honest and say that this is still average if you compare it to any place in Sendai, were gyutan is very popular. However, it is a good attempt to it and very convenient in Tokyo.
