The store is nice so are the products-but if you pick something that’s popular, meaning those Chinese resellers can earn a large profit margin, they will literally grab it from your hands and yell at you!!!!!! Don’t get me wrong I am Chinese myself and I have nothing against the country, but last time something like this happened to me was kindergarten... i am still in shock after two hours now. I think the store should do something about this, but instead they just said “she came first and waited outside before we open; you need to put it down”. What do you mean by I need to put it down just because someone else want it??? I am okay with not getting those stuff, but I was expecting better experience than this threatening one of outrageous aggression. The “waited outside so she gets everything first” is not logical at all. Sorry about the rant but I am just in shock...Chinese resellers please stop spoiling the shopping experience of others. I love this store but I am afraid of...

代官山の道路から奥まった場所にあり、素敵なお店です。 私はハギレを買いに行ったので問題ありませんでしたが、生地を買いに来たと思われる人が、生地カットの予約がいっぱいで断られているような声が聞こえました。 店内に数人のお客はいましたが…まだ2時前の事でした。 超高級な生地のカットなので慎重にしてるのは仕方ないですし、丁寧な 作業が売りなのかもしれませんが、1日に生地を買える人は限られるのだなあとちょっと驚きました。
