Zero stars you just lost my business over 400 yen as my loss or what could have should have been a 500 yen purchase by me. I could only find the 2nd receipt for that had two of the four cable tensioners. You wouldn't refund or let me exchange them for two items of that were more expensive so I gave my 500 yen to another company. Congratulations on making me keep two items worth 400 yen I can't use because you refused to make more profit today. That's not even beginning to express my frustration at the number of times and the thousands I've spent at your store. The table alone I'm building has over 30,000 invested into it. If I could return it all right now I would but rest assured I won't make the same mistake twice.

Finally, the store brand is complete garbage when it comes to hand tools...
