Rapunzel's Forest — Local services in Urayasu

It was pretty terrible. These reviews have to be fake. We waited about 80 minutes on a rainy Tuesday in early June. The ride was over before it even started. The last room in the tour looked like it was phoned in. The best scene was the one with the two in the boat during the lantern festival. However it wasn't as good as it could be because the song was in Japanese and the words didn't flow as well as the original song. We waited 5 minutes to ride Sinbad and that ride was 4x longer and better. I can't believe anyone would pay 2000 yen to get a premiere...

If you’ve seen the animated movie and love it, this place is a must-visit. The decorations are exactly like in the original, and even though the area isn’t very big, it’s absolutely stunning.

The only downside is that if you want to ride the attraction, you’ll need to get an express pass early in the morning before they sell out. Otherwise, you’ll probably have to wait over two...

世界初であるラプンツェルのアトラクション。 ボートに乗ってラプンツェルの世界観を楽しむ水流ライドのアトラクションです。 カリブの海賊のように途中で落ちたりすることがないので、小さなお子様でも安心です。

塔にいるラプンツェルの姿はアトラクションに乗れなくても楽しめます。 塔の近くまで行かないとラプンツェルの歌声が聞こえない…というのはディズニーのこだわりを感じますね。 また、歌っているのは「自由への扉」なのですが、映画ではカットされてしまった幻のリプライズも聞けるので、オタクとしては大感動ポイントのひとつでもあります。

オススメの席は最前列の一番左側。 最後のランタンのシーンが間近で楽しめます。

アトラクションの冒頭は、くねくねとした水路になっている関係で、かなりボートが左右に振れます。写真や動画撮影をされる際は心構えをしておきましょう。

とてもロマンチックなアトラクションですが、なんといっても体験時間が短い…！！ かなりストーリーがカットされているため、ラプンツェルのお話を知らない方や、ストーリー性を重視されている方はイマイチかもしれません。
