There are about 5,000 people crammed into the grocery store, the speakers are blasting the worst karaoke cover songs at a way too loud volume, and at the end of each row, a little speaker box is screaming at you in Japanese. She was nervous in the shop that day doing all kinds of misbehaviour, so I did not have time to watch the expiration dates on the products. I bought bread which expired the next day, lunch pack and fish which expired the same day (usually this type of fish can be kept few days when one buys it in other shops) and everything was full price! They make it easy to tell what produce is in season. The meat and seafood department also offers a good selection of different cuts of meat. Even the dairy section was quite nice.
