Čili Pizza — Restaurant in Palanga

Absolutely awful outlet! We arrived at 10 minutes to 5 pm and 5 minutes later we had placed our order! We were a party of 7 I should add, with 2 young grandaughters! The beetroot soups arrived in reasonable time along with a simple pizza and drinks for the children! 5:20, my son in laws order was served and having only cut into it, it obviously wasn't cooked! It was sent back and he was informed that they didn't have a replacement... He ordered soup as by now everybody else had finished eating... At 5:30 I told our waiter that I wasn't prepared to wait any longer but he promised to bring it straight away... At 5:40... My patience was exhausted and I told him to forget the order as it was by now unacceptable, due to it having taken so long that I would have to eat on my own... It appeared soon afterwards but I declined it as by now 45 minutes had expired... So avoid Coli Pica here in Palanga! I've had this same dish in Kaunaus and Vilnius without any problems or extended wait! So just avoid this...

The food and drinks overall are pretty good. The pizza is delicious and the deserts are amazing. Problem with this pizzeria is their service and the way they handle all the dirty dishes. We have to wait for a minimum of 20 minutes just to get a waiter come to us! Not only that when we order food the plates they give us are dirty and reused (not all the time) after a pizza or any other dish. Another problem is their napkins... Instead of using NORMAL napkins they have some kind of plastic napkins. It's a disgrace to not have something to clean the dirt of my table...

Date 04.11 All tables are outside, but waitress said its not possible to use them. It was lovely and shiny day, we wanted to sit outside and drink some cocktails, and offered to pay at a bar and take drinks by ourselves. The waitress said - we are not accepting orders outside, but in the restaurant there was just one table with customers. Can you take orders outside, for better customer service and happy clients?? Another restaurant in the same street a few meters away offered same services with no hositasuons :) we do not recommend this...
