Exit Terasa — Restaurant in Palanga

Definitely do not recommend to come to this restaurant if you have special occasion or planning to come with group of people more than 3, because first of all when we came the restaurant was completely empty, there was max 3-4 tables in the restaurant (not busy at all) but the food took over 30min, which ridicules in my opinion, also my partner ordered pasta with chicken and after waiting for 55min, when everyone finished the meal we found out that it was not even ordered. I kindly asked to speak with the manager of the restaurant and explained to her, that it is our special occasion as we have been a family of 10 people and it is very rare when we have a chance to go out somewhere together, plus it was my partners cousins bday, so the moment was quiet ruined for us and when I asked if there will be any compensation, such as discount or something the manager said “no, I can’t do anything” which absolutely frustrating and looks like she did not want to do anything to fix the issue, which is for me is a sign of not competent manager. Amazing food and amazing cocktails with a large selection of each. Great portion sizes for both the drinks and the food.

I personally have been back to this place several times as it has a lovely outdoor area that is fully heated and covered. You also have a choice to either sit in the smoking outdoor area or non-smoking which is a great option to be given for someone who does not smoke.

I find many people complaining about the staff but the staff are polite and accommodating, the several staff members that served us also spoke English which made our experience so much better. What I witnessed is customers being rude to staff more often than staff being rude, which demotivates the staff of trying with rude customers. I find this is an issue in the whole country where people think their above all and are rude to staff members.

Overall it is a great venue and great food, just keep in mind “Treat people the way you want to be treated” and you will have a great time...

Where do I even begin with the mess that is Palang Restaurant Exit Taras? This place managed to turn what should have been a pleasant family outing into a complete disappointment.

First off, the service was incredibly slow. We waited far too long for our food, only to be served lukewarm dishes that were hardly worth the wait. To make matters worse, our kids were the last to receive their meals. How does that even happen? Serving kids last is simply unacceptable.

But the real issue here is the management, specifically Laura. It was clear from our interaction that she lacked the basic skills needed to manage a restaurant effectively. Her attitude was dismissive, and she did little to address our concerns, which only made our experience more frustrating.
