Restoran Evergreen — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

To be fair, the food is okay (Very common), the Service is bad. (seriously the worst.) i have never been to any place like this.

The Service attitude is literally the worst. waited 1 hour plus on the 5 drinks ( 2 yuanYang, 1 peach soda water, 1 ice lemon tea and juice) waited another 1 hour to get the grassjelly drink (It came after my food)

the Food doesnt taste that bad, the only good point about this is the food(its similar to outdoor zichar(which is chinese cook food)) . but the waiting is a min waiting of 1 hour 30 min. we waited up to 2 hours to get all our food.

When we talked to the lady wearing a blazer, (confirmed she is the manager/ floor Manager) on that day, she totally ignore me and walk away. i told her that i waited 1 hour and the drinks are not here. she walked and turn her head away from me.

Totally not worth it, you are paying to get yourself angry. there is better restaurants than this. if there is a negative star...

Staff are active, hardworking, efficient and attentive. The curry fish is very delicious, the other food tasted above average too. It's a great place for family meals or makan sessions with big group of friends.

We were unfortunate to find a tiny clothes label in the curry when we were about to finish which we all agreed it could be unintentional careless mistake.

Highlighted to the staff and they apologised sincerely which I think such action and attitude salvaged the whole situation and service recovery was done professionally.

To our surprise, they waived the charge for the Curry fish for us during payment. Will definitely come back again for their good customer service if not the tasty food and...

整体价位属中高区间， 但在空间、服务、饮食选择与执行力 之间，仍属值得回访与推荐的实在餐厅。

Nothing flashy, yet there's a quiet elegance that makes it ideal for family meals, especially for elders or those who prefer a peaceful mealtime.

The menu is balanced and accommodating, with many dishes that cater naturally to vegetarian and plant-based diners — a detail not often found in similar mid-high tier restaurants.

One subtle but notable highlight is the operational flow and team dynamic.

Though staff speak little, they move with focus, warmth, and quiet efficiency, reflecting clear management structure and internal coordination.

It’s also rare to witness such harmonious collaboration across different races — a small team working side by side, with few words, but evident mutual respect and training behind their service.
