I feel this playground is overrated. I been to better playground and better management.
First, the playground is not well designed. Itâs very small and squeezy. So if you are a parent that have kids below 4year old and need to accompany your kids around, you may give this a miss.
Other than the one that you can see through the window, the playground is not suitable for height above 150cm. I am 155cm and I already need to bend my head to crawl through all the tunnels and playground. You probably might get backache at the end of the day. The paths way are so narrow.
For the vehicles, I only see two cars a police car and the fire engine. All the kids are fighting for the kids. Weekend are like super packed
They have a corner for the big block's where you can build house. Itâs located right above the parents seat. The blocks are so little, and thrown every where in the playground. The blocks are different size.
If you donât want your kids to have screen time, then also avoid this. They got a little corner for the kids to watch a show. Itâs so hidden.
They donât have pretend play for the kids, or sensory sand.
Second, the parents corner is definitely a plus for most parents and I guess itâs the attraction on why most parents like it. Most indoor playground doesnât have it.
The good side is that the parents and the kids can rest after playing. Probably itâs good on weekday when itâs not very crowded
But I realise that it could be a downside. Reason is it is located below the block. Kids are jumping and you will feel that the above might collapse anytime.
Third, you can order food and drinks from their menu and eat there. Itâs nice to have but I feel that it should be separated from the playground cause I see a few kids are eating and playing. The food bits might drop.
Fourth, it is way too crowded. My first time here. So not sure if itâs a weekend thing. I donât enjoy this over crowded. The playground is not spacious as what ppl say. Too little blocks, too little float for the slides, too vehicles.
Fifth, you really need to watch over your kids. We see how a big bro hit a kid because he wants to play the vehicle. And then thereâs a boy kicking the block, and it hit my girl. Kids might be rough when playing. So this is not suitable for younger kids.
They have their own good point.
The good side about this playground is that they are using a QR code. So that you can go in and out at anytime. Itâs a day pass for you to bring your kids to play. So recommend to go in the morning, lunch and bring the kids back again.
Overall, I feel that there are better...
Read moreI have been to 6 indoor playground in JB. This one is average. Doesnât deserve 4.5 star.
Price : rm48 per kid + 1 adult. Pricy for small space and no innovation or special attraction.
Environment: 1 out of 5 âď¸very bad ventilation. They sell food like pizza , porn corn. Making the whole place smell. Unbearable for me. About 15min. I need to go out for fresh air. Empty space is small. Very crowded even it is on weekday. Plenty of dark shadow area affect safety.
Safety :1 out of 5âď¸ Very bad safety. 80% no one guarding the exit door. Any stranger can bring your kids out. Banner scan is useless because the door is not shut all the time.
Very small trampoline. Easy fall out of area
Electrical socket not hidden. Danger of kid meddling with it. Air purifier in the middle, exposing sharp edges.
Equipment : 3 out of 5. But doesnât make sense. They hv grass carpet which is hard for the toy car to move. Brick area at level 2. Very small space and all little small brick. Not enough for fun. Can see area of wear-off padding Plenty of Plastic ball deformed found in the ball pool. Brick and foam toy under the slide. These show this place not well maintained.
Location : in a new mall. But parent canât leave their eye off their children alone because any stranger bring your children out.
Overall. I try not to come here. Air is hard to breathe, filled with food smell. Bad ventilation. I perspire even I just sat there doing nothing . Small space and crowded even on weekday.
Staff: only staff at cashier. No other staff monitoring safety, security or cleanliness
Opposite this playground. Going to open a new pink Fong theme playground. Hope it take the weakness of this store and strengthen their competitiveness. It is a shame that southkey mall has so much to offer and yet kids play quality is at...
Read moreVisited on 22.9.23 with my 2yo. I happened to step on a puddle on a slide in a ball pit. My sock got wet. Husband told the staff that it could be pee since no drinks are allowed in the play area. The lady staff took a look, then went to get herself a drink n talked to her colleagues at the cafÊ counter. I was there blocking the area so no kids would step into the puddle n she didn't even care to come back to block the area for cleaning.
I told a male staff n asked if they are going to block the area so kids won't get wet n spread it to other areas. In the end, he and the lady staff took a plastic bag n dry tissues to just wipe the slide n the balls around that area within 5 mins n that's it đł no sanitising at all and I am sure there are balls which are still wet possibly with pee.
Certain areas of the flooring with the playmats are popping up. Kids could trip over them. The cars are also sticky. I don't think the whole place is sanitary at all, given my encounter with how the staff took action with my incident. They had a lot of manpower (4 at the cafĂŠ counter & 2 at the play area). With so many staff, they are not even equipped or trained to handle such situations. I wonder how often they even sanitise the whole place. Is this the norm for indoor...
