Just two days away from the Holy month of Ramadan and Bangi Gateway is bustling with shoppers and activities. The open space in the middle of the shopping complex is full of kiosks offering all kinds of goods for the upcoming Ramadan and Syawal (Hari Raya Puasa). Many shoppers are with children trying on new clothes in preparation for the upcoming Hari Raya Puasa. Many are taking the early preparation so that they can concentrate on fasting activity in Ramadhan. The three-storey building also has makeshift kiosks and temporary stalls on both the upper and third floors, as well. There are really some great shopping alternatives for clothes in the permanent shops here. Shopping here is more relaxed and enjoyable as compared to the kiosk at the ground floor, where the bustling of activities and the noise pose a disturbance. There is also an old busker busking some Hari Raya song for the shoppers. It would be great to actually reduce the noise, rather than add on to it. There are some stalls offering dates and sweet cookies for the breaking of fast and for the celebration of Hari Raya. And numerous restaurants and fast food outlets, too. The menu is simple, highly recommended the Curry Mee and Fried Rice plus the Coffee. By the way the chef is very friendly, u can have a talk with Chef Amann Teoh when he's not busy.

Have been coming here with my friends and family, they always do their best to cook the foods. I like the open type of kitchen so that we can see what are they doing. The coffee also taste the best as per my taste bud.

However, there is room for improvement in terms of accessibility to the surau. The door currently opens only halfway, which makes it difficult for wheelchair users to enter.
