(24/8/24) First of, the food options on the menu were extremely limited, so we were left with only what's there.
Not only did the menu tablet on our table wasnt working, till we had to move to a different table, the food took way to long to arrive. Since the food took way too long, we alerted the staff for take away for our food, they misinterpreted it as to only pack our food but not our drinks, so they had to transfer our drinks into the take away pakaging.
Although our packed drinks arrived, it was in a way smaller container cup than the actual mug that was sent to us earlier, it was as if our drink amount was reduced by 3x.
The service was extremely slow, it seems like there was a lack of staff. We had to wait atleast 30 mins for everything to arrive.
We were in a rush already as it is, and just wanted a place to quickly grab a meal, unfortunately, this place couldnt provide that.
We left with a hungry stomach and frustrated with the service. Not only that, we then realised that we weren't even provided with eating utensils with our take away, one had to eat using our hands in the car otw to our destination.
Overall, very unsatisfied with the service, left us very upset. We promise to never come again, there are places that will provide us with much better service than this place. 100% would NOT reccomend.

I recently visited Shushi king bangi gateway and, unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. One particular lady, wearing a black hijab, had a notably unwelcoming demeanor. Her face was not only unkempt but also lacked any semblance of warmth or friendliness.
When I approached her with a simple question, her response was curt and delivered with a rude intonation that left me feeling disrespected. It was disheartening to see that not even a smile was offered in return.
After reading other reviews, it seems I am not alone in my experience; many customers have expressed similar concerns about the staff's rudeness and lack of friendliness. This is disappointing, as good customer service is essential for any establishment to thrive.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit to Sushi King bangi was really underwhelming. We had to wait quite a while to be seated, even though the staff saw us and there were no other customers waiting. We arrived around 8:30 PM, which is still early, but the food on the belt was already cold, and lembik — clearly not fresh. Items we ordered were hit-or-miss. Some were okay, but others, like the yakiniku beef, were served cold and felt like leftovers. a staff member told us the kitchen was closing and we couldn’t place more orders — even though it wasn’t that late and there were still plenty of customers. Right after, they started sweeping the floor, as if rushing everyone to leave. One staff handed us straws in a very rude way, just sort of tossed them to us. The overall attitude from the staff was unpleasant and unfriendly — definitely didn’t feel welcomed.
