recently had a full medical check-up at this clinic. honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Datuk Dr.Alice was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my specific health concerns instead of just giving me generic advice. It felt like she actually listened, which isn’t always the case.

The staff were super friendly, professional, and respectful..(no hard selling or pressure to sign up for anything extra) Just genuine help and support. Everything was well-explained, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

If you’re looking for a clinic where they know what they’re doing, treat you like a person (not a sales target), and give you real guidance on hormone health or general check-ups, I’d definitely...

Terrible Customer service ! I’ve booked 4pm appointment with them ; and I got called at 3 pm saying the doctor is not around today and asked me to cancel my appointment booked via third party ( I’ve informed the girl who called me , I can’t cancel the booking last minute as I will got charged for the booking fees + extra last minute cancellation, but she said I’ve to deal with the third party myself !!!)

Then I got no reply from them ever since.

Why is it my fault when you’re the one who called up and told no doctor around had to Cancel appointment ?
