It's our first time to try this burger. I've been looking for local made grilled burger ever since and I found it from Google earlier this year. Good thing it’s nearby our house and we’ve finally found the chance to try it.
It’s a street food themed food chain few blocks away from LRT Wangsa Maju or 6 minutes away if you’re walking.
You need to queue and pay at the cashier first then they'll grill your burger.
Our orders were Double Patty Cheezy Chicken Baconizer and Single Patty Beef CheezyNizer, mine was the latter and the other is my husband’s, I told the Cashier that I don’t want anything spicy so I supposed it’s understood. (In Malaysia, you need to be firm if you don’t really like spicy condiments on your food, coz them folks’ description of spicy is only ‘less spicy’) I don’t eat anything spicy at all!
We went back home after we got our takeaway but I’m quite worried coz I didn’t knew if they really take note of my request. Once we arrived home, I felt disappointed that it is indeed having a chilli sauce on it. My husband insisted to report it, so I called their hotline which I got from Google.
Someone picked-up the call immediately and I reported the issue, the person I've talked to apoligized from the inconvenience that caused us and promised to replace it.
I am not actually NOT expecting any replacement and I just wanted to report it so they could do the job very well later on and I was thinking I’ll end up eating the spicy burger either way coz we don’t want to go back there anymore. But the guy(Zul) I talked to insisted to replace it and promise to deliver it in our doorway without the need to return the spicy burger.
So I waited, coz my husband already done eating his burger then they’ve arrived with replacement burger. I was happy coz I don’t need to eat the spicy one hence I donated it to other person.
In the end, it’s good that I waited (40mins) coz it’s worth it! The beef is tenderly grilled, it’s oozing with taste and juiciness and I enjoyed it! Kudos to the customer service they provided. We will surely try it...
Read moreI recommend the lamb baconizer, very delicious!
Been going to this place since they first opened and I must say the ppl really worked at improving the customer experience. Initially the attraction was the massive patties for the rakyat marhaen. While that was something very Travel Channel-like, I found the burger to be just ok. The eating area was on the five foot way and sort of crude.
But now, years later, they have improved on the patty, the bun and the chips. The eating area is still on the five foot way but it's much nicer now it has been given industrial themed lighting under the trees and plastic chairs made way for metal ones. Very nice ambiance even though we were eating only in Section 2 by the road side.
The only peeve is that there's not much legal parking. Parking on the road at your own risk. The police does make rounds at night and give...
Read moreOptions are aplenty with mostly unique gourmet burgers. We decided to try their best seller Permaisuri which clocks in at RM14.50 – that’s quite expensive especially compared to Burger Baek’s Cripsy Double Burger which at most would cost you only RM8.
While a single patty burger is already big enough, here a double patty burger would cost you a whopping RM22.50.
The burger was kind of sloppy as expected but not entirely messy as just the right amount of sauces were given. Extra sauces are placed on tables if you would like to drench your burgers in sauces. Taste-wise,we liked the crispy chicken patty as it was tender and juicy on the inside while crunchy on the outside. It certainly reminds us of KFC’s Zinger burger but with a local tweak to it with its spicy and...
