I visited the outlet on the evening of May 17th — it was raining and there were no customers at all, so the shop wasn’t busy. When I walked in, the barista gave me a very unpleasant, arrogant look. For context, I’ve worked in the F&B industry before, so I fully understand how stress and being busy can affect someone’s mood — but that wasn’t the case here.

I greeted her with a smile and spoke politely. I went straight to the counter and ordered without hesitating or making her wait. So I genuinely don’t understand the reason for her hostile expression and attitude toward me. Still, I kept my smile and stayed polite, even though she treated me like I was beneath her.

On top of that, the latte I ordered was really bad — lacking milk and poorly made. The Australian Chocolate drink was also extremely bland and tasteless. I forgot her name, but I clearly remember that she wore a turban-style hijab that showed part of her neck and some hair, and she wore glasses.

Please, it’s basic decency to treat people kindly — especially when they’re being nice to you. And again, there wasn’t even a single other customer at the time. Why...

The drinks are fine but the service is terrible, 2 staffs working, male staff would not even wanna talk even I’m wanting to confirm if that is my drink. Don’t get me started on the way be look at me, I almost wanna go to my bank and check if I owed any money to him. The female staff is better but then children wanna go toilet oso don’t allow.
