To be honest, this is a nice place to bring your children. There are lots of things can be played by your toddler and parents can also be involve.

However, few improvements to the place management that can be considered. Thus, the 3 star rating.

  1. Registering the parents and children names even for additional family members coming in. Counter need to have the person names and IC coming in and out. The system now did not have this and anyone claiming "my spouse is inside with my children, i came late" can just pay additional RM10 dor adult and be given the tag and access to come inside.

As the world has become a scary place nowadays, this is surely one of the loopholes that people with bad intentions can take advantage of.

  1. Some of the routes in the playground is not visible and due to the maze-like structure in the place, parents cannot simply just leave their child unattended. With a split second, because of the blind spots in the area children can be missing for about 1-4 minutes unnoticed by their guardians.

This number 2 points with the addition of the 1st points is actually quite dangerous.

  1. With the big size of the place + blind spots in the play area + maze-like structure, the young children can be easily lured out by strangers + kidnapped by people (worst case scenario)

  2. Maintainance of the toys : Some of the toys, in the

sand area lego area

Are broken and has sharp surfaces which is quite a hazard. I noticed some parents even need tk manually removed the broken toys to ensure safety.

Please took this comment seriously as your place is wonderful, and my children likes to go there but it seems that due to this small loopholes in security and area planning, makes parents to think twice before leaving their children to play freely in a supposedly safe place.

Please refer to the images below where the blindspots area are, Thank you for your...

We visited the CoComelon Indoor Playground yesterday during the public holiday. While the overall environment was fun and engaging for kids, we unfortunately had a very distressing experience.

My child ended up in the hospital emergency room after a tiny stone from the sand play area accidentally got lodged in his ear. Another child had poured a load of the stones from a toy truck toward my child, and one of the small stones got inside the ear canal. Perhaps it was just bad luck — one incident among many kids playing — but unfortunately, it happened to my child. While kids will always find creative ways to play, I believe this highlights a potential safety concern with the type or size of materials used in the sand play area, especially considering this is an indoor playground designed for young children. The tiny stones can also be seen scattered throughout the indoor playground, which increases the risk of similar accidents. It might be worth reviewing and possibly replacing the tiny stones to avoid such risks in the future, or else parents need to be extra vigilant and monitor their child closely during play.

We hope this feedback can help improve safety measures, as the playground is otherwise a great place for kids to...

While this branch remains a generally pleasant destination, our recent visit revealed a few areas where it falls slightly short of the excellent standard set by your other locations. To ensure every visit is perfect, I would like to gently suggest three key improvements:

Enhanced Maintenance: The venue would benefit from a more rigorous upkeep routine. We noticed several games were slightly soiled and showed signs of damage. Supervisory Blind Spots: There are two distinct blind spots within the play area which make it exceptionally difficult for parents to maintain a clear line of sight on their children. Storage Area Security: The storage space, which is integrated into the play labyrinth, presents a potential hazard. One of the fabric doors has a broken zipper, allowing children easy access to the storage room, while another remains half-open.

We trust that management is already aware of these points and sincerely hope that they can be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to...
