Should have share the check-in info with customer one day ahead. We only got the info when we arrived at the building and find the exact place to park our vehicle after. And we've been told we only able to get one parking lot for our vehicle which we have two. On the second day of our stay, we only found out there were two parking lots under the same units ! Same number. When we trying to get our apartment key, the safety mailbox or the room key was spoiled but have to wait for customer support team to get the key for us. Apparently, the mailbox already spoiled previously. During check in the apartment seems fine but problems resurfaced. All the aircond looked dusty on the air outlet area. Cobweb on the ceiling. Some windows lock were spoiled and unable to shut tightly. Causing natural sauna hot air coming in from the outside. Only got better with all the curtains covered and aircond on all the time. Been communicate with the customer service but only message "seen" with no reply. There were smoking burning marks on the couch and some dirty stains. As they indicated in the confirmation email it was a non-smoking apartment. One of the bathroom was connected with a washing machine water supply tube. As we weren't planning to use it, so we detached the tube and shut the door but the door seems spoiled. Unable to shut tight causing hot air from the aircond compressor getting into the bathroom. At night, my family trying to shower in it. Water level was rising on the floor and the water was stucked resulting flooded in the bathroom. We have no choice just to use one bathroom for the whole stay. One of the room without any socket on the wall which we have to charge our in the living room. Wi-Fi running but with no "internet access". All the pictures provided on agoda seems legit but you wouldn't know which unit you will get....

Upon arrival at the location, you basically had to park inside the mall carpark which has no maximum charging, then you got to search for the small counter to check in. During check in, you'll have to pay deposit of rm200 with a written receipt, and let them take your photo with the money like some kind of fool and post it in their Whatsapp group. I immediately stop the staff due to PDPA reason, and ask her to remove the photo from the group and from her device. Upon collection of the key and access card. I went up to the room and OMG, and nothing but OMG... Water dispenser not working, living room aircond spitting out water, the staff just send in a small rubbish bin to hold up the water dripping. Moulded smell from both toilet, in room aircond obviously not clean regularly, able to see dust throughout the aircond unit. No shower gel or shampoo given, staff brought in 2bottle after feedback given, then they offered to change room, but the 2nd room were worst, so I have to take the most sleep-able one. Sofa bed got Unknown stain all over, and disgusting. Ask for additional blanket to cover the sofa bed, the staff just send in 1 thin blanket, and it's barely enough to cover. The staff say will bring back one more later, however waited pass 1030pm,the call was not being answer anymore, the promised item were not delivered, the counter were closed and no more assistance to settle the lousy room... Summary, it's definitely the scariest homestay...

I recently stayed at your Airbnb and I appreciate the cozy decor and warm ambiance which make it an ideal place for couples or small gatherings. However, I regret to inform you that my experience was significantly affected by serious hygiene issues.
Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed few small cockroaches on the floor. Throughout the stay, both bathrooms frequently had cockroaches as well, and I counted at least six in total. This was quite disturbing and unacceptable for a place intended for guests.
Furthermore, although the in-room cinema initially appeared clean, I accidentally dropped my phone under one of the seats and was shocked to find a large amount of trash including sunflower seed shells, snack wrappers, and most disturbingly, a discarded condom box under the seating area…. This strongly suggests a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance between guest stays.
I truly believe that if the hygiene and cleanliness issues are addressed seriously, this property has great potential. However, as things stand, I left disappointed and, unfortunately, I am not likely to return or recommend it to others.
