Update again :- September 2025
They upgraded their cafe. But no hot drinks yet I Assume. It was SO COLD. And 1 staff was rude (buat muka) faham makanan minuman luar tak boleh bawa masuk. Then Buat hot drinks and bawa la makanan lain juga in the cafe. We spend rm49 and rm10 duduk berjam-jam kot. Its TOO COLD!
Turun 2 star still no improvement.
March 2025
Spend my 7 hours here for my kids everytime we came here. The first two three times i went here. It was okay the kids enjoy. As a mother i feel safe when everything is inside. Since i only came alone with kids. Barang pulak tinggal kat table. Assume it is safe to left it there.
For pricing i dont mind. Sebab budak2 boleh duduk dalam dalam ni. Food and Drinks available to purchase. Tables and chairs and plug provided.
but as i come today there are no longer TOILET for kids available.(tepuk dahi) Really not what i expected. Because usually i can go out and left the kids there without worried much. (Keluar kejap je at least nak beli something food or drinks or cari barang and come back lepak)
Nursery room is compulsury too. But TOILET for kids is important too.Ni nak kena keluar masuk toilet. Really unbelieveable.
UPDATE :- Not Sure if manager ke owner ke ask me if i bawa my kids pergi toilet ke? Yes of course and explain about sebelum ni ada toilet orang complain. Well yeah cannot puaskan hati manusia. Find a solution how you can do better with toilet. For example sediakan plastic ke. Tissue ke. Get some sample how KLCC or Pavillion toilet all dry and not wet.
Keluar kejap meja kena rembat. πͺπͺππ
Photo:- only ada Nusery Room and STORAGE room ππͺ
Only gonna give FULL star if they find a way to have toilet inside again. We paid for all the facilities so find a way there is always a solution.

Β Β Β Read moreMy family has been regular visitors here, usually just my wife and kids. This time, I came along on a weekend and honestly, there are several issues that need to be addressed.
First, the toilets have been converted into a breastfeeding room. While I understand the purpose, this creates real inconvenience for parents.
If one parent needs to step out for food or errands, there should still be basic facilities available without having to leave the premises.
Second, the food situation is unacceptable. The outlet only serves limited cold pastries, and no hot beverages. Outside food is strictly not allowed, which is fine in principle but on one occasion, your food ran out completely.
My kids were hungry, and when I tried to bring in simple items like nuggets or chicken drummets from elsewhere, your staff refused.
How do you justify refusing outside food when you have nothing left to serve?
Another visit, I brought in hot coffee and hot chocolate from Zus because the place was cold.
Your staff again refused. I can accept the rule, but letβs be realistic: you donβt provide hot drinks in the first place. Customers are left with no option.
Finally, the biggest issue is staff attitude. Enforcing rules is one thing, but doing it with rude expressions and poor manners is another. Customer service standards here are far below what should be expected.
To the management team. Samuel KC, Rafael Mohd, Hock Chew, Chiqkin (assuming you are the owners or representatives), this feedback is for you.
Improve your facilities, improve your F&B offering, and most importantly, train your staff to handle customers with...
Β Β Β Read moreCame here on working day Tuesday school holidays The price per kid shoot up from RM29 to RM49 per kid. That is nearly 80% price up, very pricey indeed.
I came here as a wargamas with 6 grand kids age 7-12, entrance fee alone cost me RM296. Still all acceptable. Even though my grand kids are big enough, on top of the entrance fee, I as guardian was required to pay another RM10, just to scan and allow the kids to go in. For me this is really profiteering, a way to force customers to fork out more money.
As I never plan to go in, I didn't wear socks. After paying RM10 to scan n allow my grand kids in, but not wearing a sock, I was not allowed to go in, even to wait at the cafeteria bench. No flexibility to give the best service at to the paying guardian. - Being forced to pay, but not allowed to go in, even at the seated waiting area, paid RM10 for nothing!!.
For me, this is very very bad customer service, very rigid, and all the management care is getting the customers to pay as much as possible.
Pleading with the workers to allow myself to seat at the waiting zone, also to no avail. I had never experienced similar system at other similar locations.
I would like to advise future visitors to think again, before coming here with your kids, unless they change the rule to be more flexible to parents/ guardians.
1 star rating for inflexibility and profiteering during...
