On 22nd May 2025, I went to SushiKing AEON Shah Alam to join the Bonanza feast. The queueing is normal. Me and my friends got into the restaurant around 2040, and we ordered our food since there's not much food on the conveyor belt. We eat a few plates while waiting for our orders to arrive. After a few minutes we received Iced Greentea, Piri² Karaage Don and Miso Soup. And then we ate a few more plates and stopped because we want our orders.
Now, I am very frustrated with the service for this branch. Why? We ordered our food around 2045-2050, but we only received those three that I've mentioned above. The pax that arrived AFTER us, ordered the same shii AFTER us, yet they received it first. I kept on checking on the food statuses, Preparing Speeding Up Prepared, but somehow, we didn't received the remaining of our orders. I directly ask about the food to 3 of the staff there, same answer "Nanti saya check dengan kitchen". We wait for our orders until 2215, but nothing arrive. In the meantime, called the waiter 3-4 times because we wanna ask about our food whereabouts, but no one come. I am watching every single staff in the restaurant, yall see my table number on the tab that was attached to the walls, yall see us calling for waiters, yet no one come. I do understand if u guys busy when there's too much crowd, but even after there's just a few peoples in the restaurant, I called the waiters again, yet still no one come. They only come when we click on the 'Bills'.
I myself have been in the FnB industries, I know the hustle, but janganla treat customer macam ni. Ibarat pilih kasih. Macam mana orang yang datang selepas kami boleh dapat dulu makanan tu padahal kami datang dulu? Diorang order benda yang sama macam kami order. Banyak kali call waiter, sorang pon tak datang. And some of yall even avoid eye contact with me, sebab I panggil guna tab tapi korang tak datang. U guys do see my table number. Even the one in the kitchen also see my table number on the tab, tapi korang chosed to ignore it.
I felt humiliated with their services today. Terkilan sebab, just because I talk nicely with you guys, you guys pijak kepala I? U guys hiraukan I? Once you promise dengan customer nak check makanan, tunaikan lah. Not even a single sorry comes out from your staff.
Masa sampai dekat counter, the customer infront of me complaint about the restaurant doesn't have much food serve on the conveyor belt, and the cashier told the customer "Sebab ramai order guna tablet". Miss bro, we ordered using the tablet, tapi mana makanan kitorang?

Read morePlease don’t come here. Very bad experience. The moment we arrived, nobody came and gave us a seat. There were not a lot of customers. Therefore, we seat ourselves. Then we didn’t noticed that our table does not have the button to call for waiter. We started to notice after we have already ordered the food so quite a hastle to change tables since we have kids. After that, our drinks never arrived until we done eating. Called and signaled a FEMALE waiter with a black spectacles to request them for our water that we have ordered. Completely ignored us like we aren’t there. Then my husband went to another MALE waiter with chinese looking face. Walk himself to the waiter requesting it since we thought they were busy. He noted. Waited. But still no water sent. Again, the same female waiter looked at me, and I SIGNALED her AGAIN, to come and help us but she just look and go away. My daughter was misrable eating feeling choked without ANY water sent. Please whoever is the owner of this SUSHI KING take some actions to both of them. I came on 26/5/2024 (Sunday) evening. This is not the first time. The male waiter was rude to my sister previously we came to sushi king. Slammed the plate on the table. Thought gonna give another chance with my husband. Read moreWorst dining experience ever. I know we will pay the service tax but being served like a beggar. When seated, I asked for a baby chair and the 1st thing the staff replied is to get it myself nearby the counter. Note that we've being seated at the back of the restaurant. When ordering food, we waited for more than 30 minutes for 2 simple menus that other customers already got. I have to asked them twice to get the items. At first, they asked us to be patience as it is said being prepared at the kitchen. This was 20 minutes after ordered. Then after 15 minutes, I asked again then they asked the kitchen staff.. The worst part is, they handed me the menu above the food belt without coming at our table. I think this is very rude for a F&B staff. And the staff is not a new staff, he is the old fat man at the counter which I supposed to be the supervisor and not a normal staff. Feels like eating at "warong" or I think warong would provide a better service experience without charging on service. My suggestion is that the owner or manager should get a staff training or else just fired those rude...
