If dine in okay je. But I wouldn't recommend pick up or delivery from Foodpanda because their service could be better. They don't read the instructions that are given by the customers such as (no pedas, or cutlery needed). The workers suggest customers to dine-in and not pick up saying that the charges will be abit higher. Yes, I do agree. But we order pick up and delivery when we are unable to lepak at mamak due to work. And it's quite disappointing if the order is not what the customer needs based on the special instructions. We don't want to throw or waste the food too. So, the restaurant should be more attentive and responsible by reading the special instructions given in online orders. For example: I'm allergic to chillies. so I put the instructions clearly (NO CHILLI/ NO PEDAS). Yet, the food still comes with great spicy taste and leaves me no choice but eat only a little. Read moreCheaper a bit compared to other mamak restaurant nearby.
One of the cashier is really friendly fella, thin guy who usually taking care of the counter on odd hours. Of 3 mamak restaurant here (excluding AZ Mamak Corner) this was the last mamak restaurant to be opened in this area. Ali Bistro & Azraa was the 1st two.
Anyway, this shop lot was empty for quite some time after the developer finished up the construction of the shop lots. What I heard is that the owner of this shop was sort of open up the shop to any mamak franchise that willing to pay a high rental fee in which Asiba is the one who finally to take the risk of paying such a huge rental fee.
But obviously it really pays as it was always full most of the time due to the location which is nearby the...
