PLEASE STOP BUYING HERE BECAUSE THIS SHOP DOES NOT EVEN CARE THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR 1 HOUR AND YET CONTINUE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER ONLINE. THERE'S NO CASHIER. SO HOW DO YOU CONTROL OR CONTROL WHETHER YOU OVER SOLD OR NOT???? NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCE SUCH RIDICULOUS SERVICE. TEALIFE, CHATIME, GONGCHA ETC ALL NEVER DO SUCH THING TO CUSTOMERS.

YOU ARE SO FOCUSED ON TAKING PEOPLES MONEY THAT YOU FORGET TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE.

SUGGESTION:

STOP TAKING ORDERS WHEN YOU REACH STAFFING CAPACITY. 5 STAFFS...POOR THEM. WHERE ARE YOU MANAGEMENT CHAGEE???? COME DOWN LA AND FIX THIS ISSUE. THIS IS VERY BASIC THING YOU GOT TO MANAGE.

INSTALL A CASHIER AND A STAFF TO TAKE ORDERS.

SET A MAX ORDERS LIMIT vs CUSTOMERS WAITING TIME say 10mins. Anything longer please LET CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT THEIR WAITING TIME IS APPX 30MINS example. Give your customers the option to continue place order or come back next time. Its OK CHAGEE to loose 3 of 10 customers then to try and get payment from 11.

Remove that stupid QR ordering system. It's a failure. It is soooo robot that the staff at the store have to take the burden.

Who ever plan this whole process in your company, send him/her for training on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Why....because you have good unique products and attract people.

Not only is this outlet small and the lines are extremely long, but the management and the staff here are unsatisfactory. The staff members at this outlet barely even follow the orders when clearly ordered a drink with less sugar, and they end up becoming extremely sweet which I really dislike. Other outlets can make drinks with less sugar and follow the instructions clearly, so why can’t this outlet also be more consistent?

Once I had to wait for hours because they had the audacity to serve all the other customers that came before me! I asked them why they served me last, and they confidently replied that “they have not prepared the oranges to make my drink”. I told them off because there were many staff members who could prepare the oranges for my drink, but they decided it would be better to serve everyone first and make we wait longer. The worst part is that they rolled their eyes and took my complaint lightly. How rude and unprofessional!

Long story short, management here is TERRIBLE and not worth the long wait. I can recommend dozens of other outlets with better service and quality. This outlet is the worst of all the chagee outlets I...

One of the worst Chagee branch dated. Had to wait 1 hr and looks like your system broke down or was not properly synchronized. One minute I checked on the web had 4 cups left before my cup and the other minute I checked had 72 cups left before mine?! Please get the queue right and properly integrate! Also bought from this branch thrice and I’ll tell you the taste is not the Chagee that I know. Taste very plain like plain water no strong tea taste like usual. Very...
