The Farsons Brewery Experience — Attraction in Birkirkara

We booked in for the tour/experience as ‘seniors’ at a small discount. The museum was self guided and an interesting exhibition of the origins, history and development of the brewery up to the current date. We spent around an hour in this section looking at the displays. Then we headed to the 5th floor bar for the taster session. Andre, the bar manager, was extremely knowledgeable about beer in general and the 6 brews we sampled - everything from 2 lagers, a 6.8% ale, an IPA and finishing with a milk stout. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon at the beautifully restored art deco building only a 15 minute bus ride from the Valletta terminus. Thank you Andre and the team - we highly recommend...

Oggi, con degli amici, abbiamo voluto visitare Farsons brewery: esperienza sicuramente da consigliare. Tutto è stato perfetto e piacevole. Sin dal benvenuto cordiale ricevuto al nostro arrivo, tutto il personale si è dimostrato molto attento alle nostre necessità, desideroso di fornirci informazioni e fare in modo che ci sentissimo a nostro agio. Il Museo della birreria è stato allestito e ristrutturato in maniera impeccabile e tutto il materiale esposto riesce ad appassionare il visitatore alla storia di un'azienda che rispetta la tradizione, ma cresce in qualità seguendo le nuove regole del mercato. Bello e interessante anche il negozio con gadget firmati Cisk e Kinnie. A conclusione del giro, nella terrazza al 5° piano, ci è stato offerto un assaggio dell'ottima birra prodotta in azienda, nella splendida cornice di un bellissimo panorama maltese. Bravi anche i barman, gentilissimo Sabin. Grazie a tutti coloro che hanno reso così piacevole la nostra visita: si vede che amate profondamente il vostro lavoro!
