Went for a consultation. From the beginning it went wrong. Dr. Victor, who said he is the director and head doctor of the clinic, sat in front of me with his leg up on the knee, and his shoe was straight up in my face. I tried to concentrate on what he was saying and tried to move closer to my husband not to see the shaking shoe in front of me. When this didn't work, I asked him to take his foot out of my sight, because I have trouble of focusing on what he says. Instead of being a professional, and even a gentlemen, he didn't move at all, instead he started arguing with me that is his foot, his office, basically he does what he wants. He showed no manners, no respect, expressed no excuse. I didn't feel any care or respect for us as prospective clients. My husband just stood up and we left. There are other clinics in Cabo, no reason to give patronage to unprofessional doctor's clinic. I feel sorry that his ego was more important then his own clinic's reputation. Had a mix up on dates( my fault) so they rescheduled me. However, when I showed up I was informed that the provider was running late, not just a little, but by at least 45 minutes. I never received a phone call. Basically going back and forth wasting alot of time. Plenty of places to receive the treatment I wanted. ...
