Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve been on … and I mean ever!

Dany and his brother are fantastic hosts. Super knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, and fun to be around. I was a little anxious about getting into the ocean at night, but from the moment I met up with Dany I knew I was in safe hands.

The snorkelling experience was off the charts. Was fortunate enough to see an Octopus, several squid, puffer fish, moray eels, flounder and just an abundance of fish. Not only does Dany know how to spot them, but he knows how to interact with them using light of different colors. It’s hard to describe just how beautiful an experience it was seeing it all.

They provide all the gear (wetsuit, mask/snorkel, booties and fins). I wasn’t the least bit cold either (which I thought I would be).

The icing on the cake is that the guys also shoot some video which they share with you after. What a fantastic record of an incredible experience!

The snorkel tour was really good. Very good crew. Taking us to the really nice spots. But the pick up from the ferry station was really disorganized. Very poor. If my rating was based on the pick up, I’d give a 0. Called the number that was provided in the booking, no answer. Even sent an text via whatsapp but the response was the next day. The service lady showed up at the meeting point where we waited with other guests for about 40 mins, and she asked if we were on the scheduled tour. She was late, and she said that it’s not her fault for being late, and if we’re not happy that she was late she could give us our money back. Very bad attitude for customer service. We thought they would have a tour car/bus pick us, but the lady called taxis for the guests to get in to go to the Marina. They don’t have bathrooms, had to walk to a restroom where we had to pay to even change from our wet clothes...

After loads of investigation from my home in ireland, myself and my girlfriend went for a dive with these totally decent guys last week. I have a padi but my girlfriend is a total novice swimmer. They were super patient and gave us both a full class on the usage the mask before hand. After some time to relax my girlfriend overcame her fears and managed a depth of 5 metres. I got to 8 I think. The wildlife is gorgeous and I really couldn't recommend Daniel and Lalo enough. Also one last thing, Daniel did something he really did not have to do. We were super late for the ferry from del carmen because of traffic from cancun and he picked us up from the ferry and then also brought us back to the ferry after the dive. Also heaps of photos inclusive. There is also some lovely food close by, toilet, and a quick shower. Super secure also. Dive with this team of brothers. They...
