Park Grill — Local services in Jalisco

We ordered the Arrachera and it came with roasted potatoes and salad. There are six different sauces self service type. The cook asked how you like your meat when you order and we ordered medium. It was grilled to perfection. It has a nice charred aroma and seasoned really well. The only critique I have is the meat is very tender, too tender. I personally prefer natural texture of meats. Rather have them chewy than unnaturally soft. I must ask some cooks if I happen to meet someone I can communicate with. 😂 My bad speaking no Spanish. The sauces all have their unique flavour. The salad dressing has a light fresh flavour. There is a green non spicy sauce that taste like tomatillos, a dark sweet chunky fruity sauce, and red spicy sauce that taste like chipotle and a green spicy sauce that taste like Serrano peppers. Don’t try the two spicy sauce unless you can really eat spicy food...

Have been to the container park a few times, but first time ordering from Park Grill. Friendly staff (they do speak English, to my terrible Spanish) and fantastic food. The flank steak was AMAZING, and I will come back for it every time. I ordered a Huarache (didn’t know what it was at the time) with flank steak, and it was delicious - fried corn base with veggies and meat on top.

I got food 2 times from these Nice people, it was good food. We got steak, cesar salad from them, the steak was really good, highly recommend. The chorizo burrito could be better, a bit too oily for me. Fries was very plain could use some seasoning....
