This small coffee Shop has unfortunately has a terrible Service. Its supposed to have opening hours from 9 to 3 pm and from 4 pm to 9 pm. Because we did not know about the opening hours we arrived at 2:45 - as they pause between 3 and 4pm is not indicated here in google. The service lady just saw us walk in the coffee shop and after a couple of minutes she finally said something and told us that it was closes and they would open at 4 pm when the other colleague arrives.

We decided to wait the 15 minutes and when the other colleague arrived and it was already 4:08 pm, we decided to ask again. They told us that they are still closed, while one service lady was just standing and the other one thay just arrived and her shift already have started was just sitting waiting at one table. Additionally, while we waited one of them opened the door and just threw a garbage bag right new to us and our baby stroller. Very unkind.

After asking again about the opening hours they told us that it would take probably other 20 min.

We decided to leave as the opening hours are disappointed about the service, unflexibility. They should respect the opening hours.

The whole coffee shop is open, so that is really cool. I ordered a hot americano w almond milk. The almond milk was 10 pesos extra, and the guy that assisted me was super sweet & friendly - he ever treated me to free oreo cookie w my coffee. Really cool place to relax or people watch. Cookies and coffee were decent but I’ve been here twice and the barista is the rudest woman I’ve ever encountered in all of Mexico and I’ve lived here for 10 months.
