Omar, a staff person, was ever so helpful (speaks terrific English to my terrible Spanish) and was very attentive: bringing over an umbrella for shade, a lounger, turning on various jacuzzi's when I'd move from 1 to another❣️👍🏼 All this while pruning trees in the beautiful setting! Came here with my family after my mother that resides in Guadalajara raved about this wonderful spa, and I see why now, if you want to relax after all the walking of visiting Guadalajara, come here you will not regret it🙏🏽 they have several jacuzzi’s each one has a theme, like hibiscus, coffee, apple cider vinegar, etc. after spending 10 min in each tub you go to the last one where you put a clay mask all over your body, it dries you rinse off, then you sit in the sauna, omg my skin felt amazing after all of these treatments, a day of relaxation before returning...

Me encuentro muy decepcionado, ya que el servicio que brinda el nuevo “gerente” de este lugar (Un señor pelón) fue algo muy decepcionante, este nuevo gerente trató muy mal a mi abuela cuando ella le preguntó algo(Ella tiene viniendo a este lugar desde que fue abierto), ocurrió lo mismo conmigo preguntándole sobre si estaba prendido el ozono por qué al parecer no estaba prendido, el me dijo que me callara y en ese momento le dije que no fuera grosero y el señor muy cínico y grosero simplemente no me resolvió nada. Se burló y dijo que siguiéramos las reglas, las cuales no fue bueno para explicarnos ya que al parecer tienen reglas diferentes a las que han tenido toda la vida, y el burlándose de nosotros e dándonos el avión, las reglas dicen que solo se pueden meter 7 personas en cada tina y el gerente nos metió a una persona más en nuestra tina en total 8, por covid no podemos estar tantas personas pegadas, el desacato una regla, y por consiguiente le dijimos que no nos metiera más personas y no nos hacía caso y seguía diciendo que sí que 8 esta bien, cuando apenas con 6 personas estás cómodo ahí adentro. Fue algo decepcionante habernos topado con esta persona, nuestra experiencia fue desagradable por el mal trato de el. Espero puedan desacerse de este personal tan poco preparado en el trato al cliente por qué lo único que va a hacer es alejar a los actuales clientes de años, la persona con la que fue grosero les trae seguido grupos grandes, y ella comentó que para la próxima ella se la pensaría en organizar...
