Service I'm very satisfied with the entire process. No long back-and-forth, just simple and fast service focused on the essentials. I brought the clothes in two bags, they were emptied into a basket on the scale, weighed, and packed back into the bags. After that, I just had to give my name, received a pickup slip with the price to be paid upon pickup, a time for pickup, and that was it – super easy and customer-friendly.

The woman behind the counter was also super friendly, and even without any Spanish, everything went smoothly.

Quality of Cleaning The end result is wonderful. The clothes are clean, even stains that had been there for a long time were washed out. All of my clothes are back, not a single one has disappeared. The laundry smells good.

Time I brought the clothes at 1pm and it was ready the next day at 11am, which was super fast for the amount of dirty clothes.

Price I paid for 7,85kg 265mxn - what is really great.

Packing You should bring the clothes you want to wash in a bag, as they will be neatly stored there and put away on the shelf for pickup. If you don't have a bag with you, you'll have to buy one on site, which is relatively expensive.

Parking There are a lot of parking slots at the main road. Because I was in a rush, I drove allready in front of the shop, which was also ok. :)

Best laundry in Tulum ! I’m not exaggerating!! They always treat us beautifully and they make miracles with stains. I brought a cotton kimono hand painted with a huge stain of blood on it and they took it out without damaging. I went in another laundry in which they used to handwash and they refuse taking it because they said it was not going to come off 🤭 I’m so happy with Agua y Mar that I HAD to come here and give them a review ! WELL DONE...

Great service! Dropped off 9 kg of clothes and got them back the next day before the 24 hours. Smelled great and folded good. Lady was very helpful and ensured I understood the lost ticket fee. Paid 25 pesos a kg with a minimum of 3 kg which was a great price. Only really thing would have been i has to pay 80 pesos for a laundry bag but now I have one for travel and a lost baby sock but those are lost like candy. Great...
