We came to Burgerito on 22.08.25 around 15.30. Burgerito's taste was amazing. Garden looks quite nice. But, something happened with the service, so it was really disappointing. Do you cut the salary of your waiters in case of wrong order? Waiter brought us a spanish menu, we ordered nachos and only a Burgerito. After a few minutes i have asked for an english menu. When i checked it, i saw there were combo menu options. Then, i asked the waiter i want to change my burgerito order into a combo menu. I didnt mention an additional burgerito combo. I specifically said " i ordered burgerito but now i want to make it combo." Our nacho, burgerito and cola came we ate and drank. I thought fries will come in time. But fries came with a new burgerito. When we said that we didnt ask for another burgerito, we just wanted the first order to be combo menu. Waiter from that time turned into a very bad manner. Said that: "not my problem you ordered youre going to pay". Took the cutlery set in front of me and i had to eat the cheesy fries with my fingers. When we were up to leave, he brought a to-go package for the second burgerito in order to force us to pay. I asked for the manager. He said I am the manager. We refused the pay for the wrong order. He insisted on that "you cant change your order like you want. Maybe in your country you can do it, but not here." After that, my wife got upset and told him to not to be racist. Then he asked where we are from, and mumbled something. At last, he accepted to remove it from check, but we both were upset from this attitude. I wanted to tell the cashier about the situation, he jumped into the cashier also. I explained what happened, he told her something in spanish. cashier told me "we have cameras dont worry". I asked about do they also record voice then she replied yes and we left.
Overall, great food but unfortunately, 0/10 service. Racist waiter with a very...
Read moreI went to Burgerito yesterday evening after 9:30pm and placed an order of the veggie burrito and a sparkling water to go. I asked to pay on the spot. The woman working there said I could pay later as she decided to then immediately take another customer's order. I asked her how long the order would take. She said about 15 minutes. I came back around 15/20 minutes later to pick it up. The woman walked by the kitchen to check on it and then says to me, "sorry we didn't make your order, I had a big table to serve." From what I saw there were very few customers in the restaurant at the time. She didn't offer any solution like taking the order at that moment when she realized she forgot it. She just nodded her head no like she's not taking my order and let me walk out with no dinner. I had to catch an ADO bus across the street in the next 20 minutes. So that left me scrambling to find somewhere else to get dinner to go. I found that the behavior of this woman working for Burgerito was really irresponsible and unprofessional to completely not take my order nor offer any kind of solution when I came expecting to pick it up. I have eaten here before on a previous trip to Tulum. I would never return to this restaurant again when I visit Tulum with this kind of lack of care provided for me as the customer. It's really...
Read moreDude, I love this place. It's definitely, as their passwords will say, the best burger in town. Oh, sorry, if I gave away already the passwords. But, I have to be honest, it's such a good place. Man, the environment in Giuseppe, it feels as if you were in the middle of the jungle. Such a magnificent place, surrounded by streets, rounded, green, beautiful, gardens, many plants. And guess what? There's also a pink sign. Massive food and happy dreams. I used to come here all the time. Now I'm back in Toulon for a few days, and man, what a great day. Me and my dog have been coming here lately because we just can't have enough of those tasty, tasty fried chicken fries. Of that breakfast, which has French toast, and the baba, and the estrog, and oh man, have I even mentioned the porquerisos? Or the garlic cheese fries? Dude, it's like every time I come here, it's really like something new to try. So hard to explain, but oh man, so easy to realize. Just embrace the tastiness of porqueritos, and you'll be always welcome here with a smile. The staff is always glad to serve you, friendly and kind. There's definitely such a healing vibe. Not gonna lie, I'm telling you, If you're around, you should...
