Honestly, I was so excited to come and try this place as I’ve heard really great things. When I arrived, around 5:20 pm, I ordered a simple smoothie bowl to go, with almond butter on top. I noticed the lady at the register was being very short and had an attitude with me for seemingly no reason. I sat there and waited until 6:05 to receive my smoothie bowl, after asking a few times where it was because I have never heard of a smoothie bowl taking 40 minuets to make. My receipt paper said the order was placed at 5:23 and when I had mentioned this to the cashier, she gave me even more attitude saying that I didn’t wait 40 minuets, that the order was placed at 5:45, and that the cooks were already cleaned up and that it was their first time ever having to put things back to make my order. She made it seem like it was a huge burden and was trying to manipulate the time of order to justify her attitude. I have never, in all my years of going to smoothie places, having worked many myself, ever heard of the kitchen closing up before 5:45. Also, after receiving my smoothie bowl. It was sloppy and they didn’t give me the almond butter I requested on top. I’m not sure what I did to to deserve this. For a place being called “ Raw Love,” It sure didnt feel like it. I have honestly never received such bad service in my entire life and wish I could say I want to come back to this place. I would recommend getting a new cashier. I am grateful for the women who has just gotten off her break, and apologized for my experience and cheered me up a bit before I left. Otherwise I’d give it 1 stars.
