I ordered a dress which was too small. I returned it so I could order a bigger size (I did like it). I followed the procedure using Returnista as described on their website. However the package went missing in the mail. I tried multiple times to look for a solutions and asked store to look into is.The team does not offer any service and only refers to their terms and conditions and 'forgets' their own contract with DHL which states that they have the obligation (and the only right - customer does not have this right) to open an investigation at DHL when the customer requests this.
