Mochi - Official All Things Mochi store — Local services in Amsterdam

I ordered a dress which was too small. I returned it so I could order a bigger size (I did like it). I followed the procedure using Returnista as described on their website. However the package went missing in the mail. I tried multiple times to look for a solutions and asked store to look into is.The team does not offer any service and only refers to their terms and conditions and 'forgets' their own contract with DHL which states that they have the obligation (and the only right - customer does not have this right) to open an investigation at DHL when the customer requests this. Team Mochi keeps refusing this, which is not only unlawful but also atotal neglect of customer care. No surprise: I will not order any dress or other item again. Big...

Very bad service. I ordered 2 dresses on the 23rd of July which both have not arrived yet. One was a pre-order but it said shipping in 4 days. It is terrible to get into contact with customer service and once they replied they still did not give any clarity. No clarity on when the pre-ordered dress would be shipped and they promised to ship the other dress that was in stock right away. After a week they asked me again if I wanted the dress that was in stock to be sent already even though they had already promised to do so. I love this brand and how cute their stuff is. If you look into the window the store has such a great vibe because of the clothing and the interior design of the store. Unfortunately the people working there make you feel like you don’t belong there. I have been here several times and every time I leave with a bad feeling because service is the worst.
