Worse customer service ever I experienced in my life. Never been so embarrassed before. I’m 31 years old with my 42 years old boyfriend with having a clear copy of my passport in my iPhone that now a days everywhere you travel that’s all you need! Passing the front door security with no problem, my boyfriend talking to a sale man behind the counter about to place orders, a very rude angry man who was also selling in another counter without any respect asking us to leave because he didn’t accept the copy of my passport ID shown to him, even though he wasn’t even in charge of doing it since there was a door security already let us in and talked so rude like this is his own place choosing his favorite customers by his choice!!! I don’t know why a such a nice place that we were so excited to try out has no good management?! I would never recommend this place to any first time comers! The food was great. The cafe is lovely. However, the older lady who works there made this a genuinely disgusting visit for me. I was with my boss and the managing director of the company I work for. We waited a long time to be served which wasn’t an issue but when we were served, I very politely ordered eggs (as they were on the menu) and an oat milk latte. The response the waitress gave me with the straightest face was ‘I don’t like you at all’. I had known this woman for about 60 seconds. I cannot tell you how shocked I was. The waitress has been SO rude that it is a disgrace! There was only 2 other customers in there and someone she knew at the bar. From the moment we went in she was totally unwelcoming, complaining out loud in French. Too bad for her I am French... so understood everything.
